Smooth Segment rings are totaly round and on first glance be seem to have no join, but when you look closer the part that opens and closes them is the same shape as the rest of the ring,
Making them look like one soild piece.
Like bar closure rings they can be tricky to open, so it's best to use circlip pliers.
These are made from surgical stainless steel 316L LVM.
